Edit bottum for PvP-characters.
Simple one, access to the edit character page from any PvP outpost, using PvP-characters only.
Why?
Because rerolling is boring and repeating.

Unsigned. I can imagine it'd be quite a fair bit of work for the devs, especially when they are still so busy with the auction houses and the storage improvements!
If you want to intepret it as (we PvEers are suffering, you PvPers should suffer too!) that is precisely what it is. But this certainly isn't a pressing issue.
How hard is it to reroll a PvP character? Heck, I'm an avid PvEers and I can do it in like 1 minute with my eyes barely open.
/Not Signed
Commit development time to issues that truly matter. I probably spend tons of time reshuffling my stash rather than rerolling for that matter.

I just love it when players start rationing the dev's time "in the game's favor". Did you code the game? How the hell can you say such an option would be easy/hard/whatever then?
Imo, this would be a great idea. Other suggestions related to this were to "save" a built character as a template that you could just roll out. Imo, that's a grand idea.
